In a climate of severe competition, tight time scales and even tighter margins - ARCHwise assists its Clients and the Construction in design team in choice of materials and concepts prior to the tender submittal. The challenges of the tender/contract are tackled by pooled judgement and experience of both companies. The winning difference is an effective team approach rather than fragmented input and 'muddling through'. This proves our commitment to 100% design and build giving Clients or Main Contractors a better chance of winning an order. This is achieved by developing a scheme together prior to bidding. As the initial design of the structural steel and associated cladding and building fabric is in house. We have the resources to develop the most cost effective scheme, not only for us but more importantly for the team as a whole, enabling Clients or Main Contractors to win orders by cost effective design rather than the scheme developing into a kamikaze pricing exercise. The concept we have developed with Clients and Construction teams over the last 2 years has proved that the degree of design skill is winning orders, and that the build skills are reflected in better profitability for our clients and ARCHwise Systems.
